Product privacy policy
Our data governance principles
- Minimise collection: gather only what is required to deliver core functionality and safety.
- Be transparent: surface data usage inside the product and keep policies easy to access.
- Local-first: prefer on-device processing and storage whenever technically feasible.
- Secure by default: encrypt data in transit and at rest, and enforce strict internal access controls.

- Account details (email, display name, team identifiers)
- Usage telemetry (feature usage frequency, crash logs, performance metrics)
- User-generated content (automation flows, prompts, handwritten or audio notes)
- Third-party credentials (tokens you provide to connect external services)

Cross-border processing
When data crosses jurisdictions, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
