Product terms
General commitments
- Provide accurate registration details and safeguard credentials.
- Use our products within applicable laws and platform policies; avoid abusive or unauthorised behaviour.
- Refrain from reverse-engineering or redistributing our software without permission.
Intellectual property
FutureNow Labs retains intellectual property over its software, designs, and documentation. Original content created by users remains their property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is”. FutureNow Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as products evolve. Significant changes will be communicated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations or security concerns.
